Privacy Policy

4K Photo Studio for iOS · Effective October 28, 2026

4K Photo Studio restores, enhances and colorizes your photos with AI. This policy explains what we collect, who processes it, and how you can delete it. It is operated by Gerelt-Od Uranchimeg ("we").

What we collect

• Email address, to create your account and sign you in with a one-time code.
• Photos you choose to restore, and the restored results. We only access photos you pick; the app never browses your library.
• Credits and purchase records: your credit balance and, for purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase, the Apple transaction ID and product. We never see your payment card or Apple ID details.
• An abuse-prevention identifier: a one-way hash of your network (not your IP address itself), used to limit repeated free-credit claims.

The iOS app contains no advertising, no analytics and no tracking SDKs. We do not sell your data and we do not use your photos to advertise or to train our own models.

How AI processing works

To restore a photo, the app uploads it to our server, which sends it to fal.ai, our AI processing provider. fal.ai runs AI models on it, including models from OpenAI, and returns the result. We ask for your permission before your first restore. Uploaded and restored images are stored with fal.ai for up to 30 days and then expire. Those providers handle the data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Other services we use

• Supabase — sign-in and our database.
• Fly.io — hosts our server.
• Apple — in-app purchases and receipt verification.

Retention and deleting your data

You can delete your account in the app. After a 30-day grace period (during which you can cancel) we delete your restoration history, ask fal.ai to delete your stored images, and remove your sign-in account. Credit and purchase ledger entries are kept in anonymized form because we need them for accounting and fraud prevention. You can also email us to request deletion.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
