Credits and purchases

• New accounts get 3 free credits. One restore uses one credit.
• Credit packs are bought with Apple In-App Purchase. If a purchase succeeded but credits are missing, reopen the app while online; it retries automatically. If they still don't appear, email us.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Sign-in problems

Enter the email you used and request a new 6-digit code. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

Delete your account

Delete it inside the app, or email us. See our Privacy Policy for what is removed.
